PROPHETIC MESSAGE TO THE AFRIKANER BOER NATION

Introduction
This is a prophetic message given by the Lord to the Afrikaner Boer people, descendants of the Voortrekkers.
It is a message of hope, but also a warning for the times ahead.
I, Charmaine Tomè, am a servant of Jesus Christ and a proud descendant of the Voortrekkers — my maiden name is Roux.
The Lord has called me to share this word so that our people may understand what is unfolding in South Africa and return wholeheartedly to Him.
A TIME OF FULFILLED PROPHECY
The Lord says:
“The time has come for Me to return this land to My people.”
God is answering the prayers of our ancestors, the Voortrekkers, who fought and suffered during the War of Freedom, also known as the Anglo-Boer War (1899–1901).
During that time, Lord Frederick Roberts of Britain instituted the Scorched Earth Policy. Under his command, more than 30,000 Boer farms were burned to the ground, livestock destroyed, crops ruined, and women and children sent to concentration camps, where 25,000 children and 3,000 women died from starvation and disease.
Yet, even in those camps, the Boer women held fast to their faith. They told their husbands and sons, “Do not surrender — fight on for our land.”
Their faith moved heaven.
Their prayers were not forgotten.
Today, God says:
“The prayers of your forefathers are being answered in your generation.”
What is happening in our nation must happen, for these events are part of the fulfilment of prophecy.
SEVENTEEN YEARS OF REVELATION
From 2008 until 2025, the Lord has shown me visions and dreams concerning our nation — messages about the Afrikaner people, the Church, and the heart of this land.
The Holy Spirit instructed me to begin with the first word I received in 2008, and then to share the latest dream given at the end of 2024.
Between these two revelations lies seventeen years of insight, warning, and promise — all pointing to one truth:
“God is calling His people back to Himself.”
THE FIRST WORD – 2008
While praying for our business during the 2008 recession, the Lord spoke to me for the first time about the Afrikaner Boer nation.
In a vision, I saw the Voortrekker Monument. It rose so high that its top disappeared into the clouds, while the surrounding cities looked like miniature buildings. The stone walls were strong, unshakable, and enduring.
At first, I thought this vision referred to our finances — that we would stand strong during hardship.
But later, as more dreams came, I realized the Lord was showing me something far greater:
It was about our nation’s destiny.
The Voortrekker Monument represents the Boer people.
The Lord said our nation would rise again — that we will stand strong and unmovable, just as the monument stands through generations.
This is God’s promise to us:
“Nothing will destroy My people, though darkness comes over the land.”
THE DREAM – END OF 2024
At the end of 2024, I received a powerful dream about our people and our land.
In the dream, I saw a group of Boer people walking together at night. Suddenly, a violent attack began.
Those who had gone ahead — the unbelievers and traitors — were struck first. Those who stayed together in unity were protected, but they had to stay low and hidden.
The attackers screamed like people possessed, running from house to house, waving weapons in the air.
I saw fear, fire, and destruction.
When I heard them boast about how they would torture and defile our people, I cried out to the Lord:
“Now, Lord! Save us now!”
The dream shook me so deeply that I prayed through the night.
When I finally fell asleep again, I had a second dream:
My husband, Gerhard, and I were being interviewed by a reporter from a newspaper called “Die Wa” — meaning “The Wagon.”
For sixteen years, the wagon or wagon wheel has been a recurring symbol in my visions — a reminder of the Voortrekkers and their prayers during the Boer War.
The reference to “Die Wa” confirmed that these dreams are about the covenant faith of our ancestors, whose prayers still rise before God’s throne.
The Lord is saying:
“Because of their faith and their prayers, I will give this land back to their descendants.”
A WORD FROM HABAKKUK
When I awoke, the Lord gave me Habakkuk 3, saying this passage describes what is coming to our land:
“You go forth for the salvation of Your people,
for the salvation of Your anointed.
You crush the head of the house of the wicked.
Though the fig tree does not blossom
and there is no fruit on the vines,
yet I will rejoice in the Lord,
I will be joyful in the God of my salvation.
The Sovereign Lord is my strength;
He makes my feet like those of the deer
and enables me to tread upon the heights.”

Just as Habakkuk trembled at what was coming, so too do I.
A dark time must come before deliverance — but through it, God will purify His people and turn their hearts back to Him.
God’s judgment will fall upon His enemies.
He will turn the enemy’s own weapons against them,
and the world will know that only the living God could do this.
All glory will belong to Him alone.
BEFORE VICTORY COMES REPENTANCE
Before we can experience victory, we must first return to the Lord in repentance, just as our forefathers did during the Battle of Blood River and throughout the Anglo-Boer War, when they placed their trust in God, even in the face of death.
The Voortrekker Monument stands as a reminder of endurance and of God's faithfulness through generations. Before restoration comes, however, a time of great shaking is at the door —a season that will test every heart and call God's people back to Him.
Yet beyond the refining, there is hope.
The Lord is able to restore what has been broken and rebuild what has been lost. Those who remain faithful through the trial will emerge stronger, purified, and more devoted to Him than before.
I also believe that, in His appointed time, the Lord will raise up a 'Moses' leader according to His purpose to guide His people through whatever lies ahead.
THE LORD’S CALL
“If My people, who are called by My Name,
will humble themselves and pray
and seek My face
and turn from their wicked ways,
then I will hear from heaven,
forgive their sin,
and heal their land.”
— 2 Chronicles 7:14–16
We have drifted far from the faith of our ancestors.
The time has come for the Lord to bring us back to our knees.
Do not wait for the darkness to fall before seeking Him.
The time is now to return to the Lord — with all your heart.
“You will seek Me and find Me
when you seek Me with all your heart.
I will be found by you,” declares the Lord,
“and I will restore your fortunes.”
— Jeremiah 29:13–14
For those outside of Jesus Christ, there is no hope.
But for those who truly know Him, Psalm 91 will be their covering and promise.
Even in the coming storm, He will shelter those who dwell in His presence.
CONCLUSION
The Lord has not forgotten the faith of our ancestors nor the blood they shed for this land.
Their covenant prayers still speak before Him.
Now is the time for the Boer nation to humble itself,
to turn back to the God of our fathers,
and to stand firm in faith and obedience.
Though we will pass through fire,
the Lord Himself will fight for His people.
And in the end,
all honour, all power, and all glory will belong to Him alone.
